Nestled in the serene landscapes of Wayanad, our resort villa project spans a sprawling 3.5 acres of lush greenery. The resort features four distinct types of villas designed to cater to diverse tastes the ‘Serene Peak’, a luxurious 2-bedroom villa with a private pool; the ‘Pearl Valley,’ a cozy 1-bedroom villa also boasting a private pool; the ‘Heaven’, a spacious 2-bedroom villa equipped with a private recreation area; and the ‘Nest,” an intimate 1-bedroom villa with its own private recreation area. Our resort can accommodate up to 124 guests at a time, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive experience. Guests can also enjoy a plethora of common amenities, enhancing their stay. With the project currently 98% complete, we are excited to announce that the grand inauguration is tentatively scheduled for the 1 st week of Apr 2025.
